The service

PostcardPal lets an AI assistant you use (such as Meta Muse, Claude or ChatGPT) design a postcard on your behalf and, only after you approve a specific preview and price, have it printed and mailed by our print vendor. Delivery is by USPS First-Class Mail to US addresses. Postcards are not individually tracked; typical delivery is 3–6 business days after mailing, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Your account and approvals

You sign in with an emailed code. Each postcard is mailed only after you approve it in your assistant; the approval is recorded together with the exact artwork and price you approved. You are responsible for the content of postcards sent from your account and for the accuracy of recipient addresses you provide or save.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Prices are shown before you approve and include printing and US postage. Payment is authorized when you approve and captured when the print vendor accepts the job. You can cancel until the vendor’s nightly print cut-off (shown as “cancellable until”), for a full refund. After that the card is printed and mailed and cannot be recalled or refunded, except where it was our error. If the vendor rejects a job, you are not charged.

Content and photos

Postcards are visible to mail handlers and anyone at the recipient’s address. Content must follow our Acceptable Use Policy; we screen every card and may decline to print. When you use your own photo you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. Stock photos are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under licenses that allow commercial reuse; the required credit is printed on the card. You grant us the license needed to render, store, print and mail your card, and to keep a copy for support and dispute purposes.

Free share image

The downloadable image of your card is yours to share. For cards that use a stock photo, the license credit printed on the back applies to onward sharing as well.

Limits and suspension

We apply sending limits per account and per recipient to prevent abuse and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a postcard is limited to the amount you paid for that postcard. We are not liable for USPS delays, loss, or damage in transit.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version date changes when we do, and continued use after that is acceptance.
