Acceptable Use Policy

Postcards travel uncovered through the mail and are seen by carriers and everyone at the recipient’s address. Every card is screened before printing. Cards are for personal greetings; you may not use PostcardPal to:

• Threaten, harass, intimidate or stalk anyone, or send cards to someone who has asked you to stop.
• Send hate speech, slurs, or content targeting a protected characteristic.
• Send sexually explicit content or nudity.
• Send graphic violence or gore.
• Publish someone’s private information to harm them.
• Send scams, unsolicited advertising, or bulk marketing.
• Use photos you don’t have the right to reproduce.

Cards that clearly violate this policy are blocked. Borderline cards may be reviewed by a person and cancelled with a full refund. Repeated violations lead to suspension. Questions: ch@havenwood.holdings.
